Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ryen (“we”) for using Pantry Plan. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18, give a real email address that you own, and keep your password private. We recommend turning on two-step login in Settings. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Free trial and subscription

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $4.99/month (plus any applicable tax), and then again every month until you cancel.
Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime online in Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.
We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period.
Promo codes give free access at our discretion, can't be exchanged for money, and may be withdrawn.

Health information

Calorie, macro and meal suggestions are estimates for general wellness, not medical or nutritional advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or a history of eating disorders. Always check food labels yourself for allergens; allergen information in the app may be incomplete.

If food, weight or eating feels hard to control, please reach out for support: the ANAD eating disorders helpline at 1-888-375-7767 (free, Monday–Friday 9am–9pm Central). In a crisis, call or text 988; in an emergency, call 911.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's data, create accounts with someone else's email, overload or attack the service, scrape it, or resell it. If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@pantryplan.page rather than exploiting it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account anytime. We may stop offering the service with reasonable notice and will refund any unused prepaid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Contact: support@pantryplan.page.
