Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy covers “consumer health data”: information that relates to your health. It adds to our Privacy Policy. Pantry Plan is run by Ryen; contact support@pantryplan.page.
What health data we collect
- Body information: age, sex, height, weight and weight history, and an optional body-fat estimate.
- Activity and goals: how active you are, training, and whether you want to lose, keep or gain weight.
- Eating information: food allergies, diets (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free), foods you avoid, your meal plans and what you log as eaten.
- What we calculate from these: calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat and fiber targets.
Where it comes from and why
Only from you, as you enter it in the app. We use it only to provide what you asked for: calculating your targets, building and adjusting your meal plans, and showing your progress. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run the app for us, only as needed: hosting (Render) and encrypted backups (Cloudflare). Stripe (payments) and Resend (email) don't receive your health data. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your consent and rights
- We ask for your separate consent before collecting health data, when you create your account, and keep a record of it.
- See it: Settings → Account → Download my data gives you everything we store about you.
- Correct it: edit it anytime in the app.
- Delete it or withdraw consent: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your health data from the app immediately; backups roll off within 30 days. The app can't build plans without it, so withdrawing consent means deleting your account.
- Ask us: email support@pantryplan.page with any request, including a list of the service providers that have received your health data. We'll respond within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and you may contact your state Attorney General.
